Clubs wishing to affiliate with UFNSW should review the following policy.

Tournament Hosting

The following policies apply to the bidding and hosting of tournaments owned and/or managed by UFNSW. It also governs the abilty and method of clubs and teams entering these tournament. These policies and guidelines may also be used by hosts of other tournaments as a resource.

UFNSW is hosting the Eastern Australian Ultimate Championships in 2010 and has approved the following policy governing this event.

UFNSW has also developed guidelines for hosting tournaments. Any tournament hosts can use this as a starting point for defining the rules governing their tourament.

Tournament Financial Loss

UFNSW will consider providing financial assistance for tournaments that suffer loss due to exceptional circumstances. Each case will be assessed on its own merits.
