Below are a collection of excellent resources for coaches of ultimate frisbee, particularly in relation to schools and children.

Play by the Rules
This is a great online resource to receive free coach training. Click the online training tab on the right of the page.
Handbook for Level 0 Coaching (coming soon)
This is a resource for coaches just starting out who need help with coaching techniques as well as the basics of how to play Ultimate Frisbee. It also has a great number of games to play with a disc for young kids.
Frisbee Games for Little Kids (coming soon)
This a list of games you can play with a Frisbee as an alternative to Ultimate.
Rhythms of Life (PDF, 320kb)
This is a resource for teaching very small children the basic Frisbee skills to build them into better Ultimate players in the future.
UPA Lesson Plans (PDF, 270kb)
This is a all-encompassing set of lesson plans that teach Ultimate to kids in high school. The resource DVD is required for some of it.

This is a sample lesson plan to use as a guideline for building your own plans.
Lesson Plans - Western Australia (PDF, 1.2mb)
This resource was designed for schools in WA and teaches the basics of Ultimate to high school students.
Frisbee Companion Book for Coaching Children (PDF, 2.9mb)
This is a resource designed by the NSW Dept of Sport and Recreation in conjunction with the AFDA. It is designed to assist coaches of young children when coaching Ultimate.
